Sisters Kylie Martinez and Ashley Norman were born into the world of horse racing, raised on the tracks where they saw firsthand the dedication it takes to keep horses safe and races running smoothly.

Kylie brings deep expertise in HISA regulations, while Ashley’s business and marketing background ensures seamless support for racetrack operations. Together, we’ve built a program that simplifies compliance and eases the workload for track professionals—because we know the hard work that goes into every race day.

    Kylie launched her career in racetrack executive support at just 17 years old. Since then, she has collaborated with leading racetracks across the U.S., driving them to achieve flawless accreditation scores with their HISA programs. Inspired by her experiences, Kylie founded this company to guide track personnel into the new age of technology in racing, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and insights needed to excel in a rapidly evolving industry.
